meeting for most of the morning for work then I think I can finish my workday at 3 and go for a run. That is going to hurt.
 
Email about an alumni golf outing at work (they specified it as an alumni event and it would not be a work event, i.e. you'll have to use leave), fuck it, as long as John isn't driving my cart, let's go.
 
Grand's birthday today. Starting to feel old though I'm one of the younger ones on here. Aunt & wife were talking about my younger cousin's graduation party. She was born when I was finishing my sophomore year of HS. Time is going to fly by as another younger cousin, my oldest cousin’s girls, and my stepdaughters aren't too far behind.

retirees. it was always a work function that would focus on a charity for someone that passed, but guess we have to get away from functions where people can use it as work day.
 
just submitted my time, but i already want to put in leave for the rest of the day.

didn't bother to look, but I have to imagine one of the two courses on post.

i figure we live in similar climates, what type of grass seed do you put down? Seems like we're going to be getting some rain and might do that the next day or so.

my "camping trip" was cancelled for the weekend due to expected storms, but that's in Shenandoah and the mountains might change all that.

got home and my lawnmower battery was charged... put it back in and... running like a champ. so i got that going for me.
