McCord has led a much less talented team to the same record Howard has led Ohio State to. Howard is definitely a better game manager, other than not knowing when he should slide or not. McCord can make more throws than Howard can.

uhhhh, McCord is currently averaging the 2nd most passing yards per game in all of football on a garbage team with no weapons, with almost 600 yards more passing on the season with 5 more TD's than Howard; who's surrounded by generational WR talent. I stand by my assessment and the data continues to support it.

He also has a lower QB rating by about 30 points(and that was coming into today), a worse TD/INT ratio, and is avg 1.8 less ypa than Howard. Your statement is wrong. Just because McCord throws it a hell of a lot more doesn't make him better.

Howard has a 73% completion rate to McCord's 65.6%.
Howard has 9.5 yds per attempt to McCord's 7.7
Howard has 3 INT's to McCord's 6 (at least 9 after tonight).
Howard has a 177.82 QB rating to McCord's 147.92
Howard has 27.5 attempts per game to McCord's 47.
