GLBC's new Hazy Imperial IPA should be out. I'm interested to try that and see how I like it compared to Sierra Nevada's Fantastic Haze, which so far is my go to hazy imperial.

Monday and Fridays are off/cardio days for me. We have a pretty set Tu-Th routine and the weekends are always the banana workouts, if we're home.

I mix cardio, weights and stretching in every workout, but one of the days I do much more cardio than the other two.

I'm working towards a goal of running 3 miles in 24 minutes. I'm at 2.25 in 18, so I think I should get it here soon.
