my dad passed in June 2016 from pancreatic as well...

I have been thinking about him a lot lately.

Good morning good people. The Dodgers have returned from the dead. Brooklyn and Ebbets Field are alive. Good football game last night, Coastal California and LA Raging Cajuns. No NFL tonight, but somebody is playing in college.

Another nurse is here now. Lots of nurses everyday. None better than a 5.

I got another clean up crew coming in, this time for the kitchen. So I have to move everything around. That's my life.

Thought for the day: My favorite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch. I call it lunch.
