some idiot splitting the cost evenly and not rounding the resulting payment schedule. I make my PM round the payments to come up with the total.
 
I helped unit, I put in round up formula to the nearest nickel at least. But these were low dollar tests, I suggested to nearest to quarter but they were worried as potential some tests would .24 more a test
