I left a bottle of light balsamic vinaigrette out on the counter for nearly 24 hours. Bottle says refrigerate after opening, but the ingredients are just vinegars, oils, spices and some chemicals.

yeah, doing a power hour of sorts probably wasn't my best idea leading up to this team meeting. granted, i'm the best the team got by a mile (outside the boss, she crushes it), so it's all good.

grill is no different than anything else. heat + time. get a recipe for spices that go well, it's all gravy.
