Better at what exactly? Conference championships? Players drafted in the NFL? Oh wait... Huge ass buyouts for mediocre coaches.

gonna hate me for saying this but most likely he'll improve as a HC playing in a better conference.. the Big10 is just them and um... that's it. he's undefeated vs the rest of the conference.
