The Vegas market and the state of Nevada. It's a growing program with a high ceiling. Also all of the PAC championships are moving to Vegas. UNLV and Boise would be good fits.

Colorado doesn't care about football. They've reached their ceiling and it was all in the big 12.

Colorado peaked in the Big 8. They won 1 BIG 12 title while in the conference. Lots of my fellow Horns fans miss the road trips every few years to Boulder, but outside that, there really wasn't much.

No one else within the PAC took football as seriously as Oregon.

Place needs to be injected with some Chip Kelly circa Oregon Ducks speed. Like how he came onto the college football scene and just revolutionized the game. I've been dropping some hot posts around here and have to wait sometimes hours to get a response.

Oklahoma, you're overrated every single year. The NCAA should impose a post season ban on you just to keep you out of your annual 1 and done game in the CFP.
