Has GA Tech centered in on a coach yet? With Shaw leaving Stanford, I'd go hard after him if I were GT given his record of success at a school with high academic hurdles

He’s declined hard. GT should give the job to Brent Key. He got them 4 wins after he took over and that’s with being down to the third string QB for much of the season. Their roster is still a mess, but he had them playing more physical than they have since Paul Johnson retired

very experienced, but has never coached (not even as an asst) at a P5

Tulane is doing great this year, but his overall conference record there is 23-33.

think this one could go either way, tbh
 
But Brent Key should probably get a look at one of the G5 coaching spots. I really think he did a fine job as the interim HC considering what he had to work with
 
Fritz is also older than I thought at 62. It’s gonna be a rebuilding job, and that’s a tall task for a guy likely nearing the end of his career
 
Wonder which g5 school goes after frost. Maybe FAU given what he did at ucf
