We playing or what? @Edisto_Tiger

Gotta feeling we are good until about mid-OCT..

Do we have y’all on the schedule this year? The schedule is fucked up.

Hells yeah we playin. If "playin" is what you call what the GT offense did last year.

But they will be in the game, so yes.

We don't worry about crowds in Durm, we automatically have social distancing. Can I wear a paper bag over my head instead of a mask?

Should be an interesting week 1 then.

this is the first time i have looked at the schedule

wtf, Wake gets Clemson week 1? that's b.s
Best time to play them. Clemson typically doesn’t hit their full stride until middle of the season. With COVID screwing up workouts and practice this literally is your best shot.

Georgia Tech should have never have run Johnson off.

He retired. He still had years on a contract.

Tech's present struggles were set in stone over a decade ago when Paul Johnson accepted the HC job. The only way to get around it was to always hire an option Coach.

Going back to a traditional scheme will set you back about three years to get to square one. Switching to an option scheme from traditional will be about a year less, since it's easier to run that scheme with "below par" players. You're going to.have struggles for another couple years, on top of trying to recruit to an engineering school anyway.

Not going to lie, I hated his option scheme, and not just because of the cut blocks (close to chop blocks) that can greatly increase injury on the defense (okay, slightly bitter). It's because our own offense couldn't score enough on a below average defense to make the clock killing option offense worthless. We could never seem to pull away or get a lead where the option was a detriment to your own team trying to make up ground.
