Prime is making interesting hires:

Larry Fitzgerald Sr. reported that former Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer will join Coach Prime’s staff as defensive coordinator.

As for other hires, multiple reports earlier in the week said that Kent State head coach Sean Lewis is expected to become Colorado’s offensive coordinator.

He isn't just bringing his crew from JSU and who he is hiring is way better than Colorado has had.

This, except I am saying he’s a fraud.

He hid but now he’s out in the open with a bright light shining on him.

I hope I’m wrong but Deion Sanders doesn’t have a shred of character or integrity except where it benefits him.

That speech was bullshit.
 
If you watch the full speech, you will see the media articles are misleading. He hinted they should hit the portal if they don't want to buy-in to his system.

Yeah -- As long as Deion sticks to his strengths -- helping the defensive backs, hyping up the team and using his fame and stature to bring in recruits. He can surround himself with great coaches and make Colorado a great team.

The downfall will be -- if his kid struggles with the step up in talent.........will he bench him? Also -- what QB will join Colorado knowing full well they have no shot at the starting job when the coaches kid is there?

He had to ha e made calls before he took the job. I imagine he makes a decent improvement immediately, but I don't know the ceiling there.

Recruiting is recruiting. You still have to play the game but dam he’s found some good coaches too. Word is around 200 players have reached out to him
