Aside from the funshrooms, do all mushrooms taste the same?

Love my new pressure cooker. Stainless steel, modern version of the traditional ones with safety features. Not some bullshit plastic electric one.

Already did goat curry and split pea soup. Braised short ribs are next. Makes cooking bans and lentils much easier and faster.

I have a work ethics training we have to do and their recommendation if you see people clocking in early is to clock in on time and then tell your boss about them clocking in early.

That is terrible advice.

That's a good way to get someone to share their lunch with you.

If you like lamb, you'll like goat. If you don't like lamb, you won't like goat.
I think your second statement is true. I think the first is sometimes true.

I feel like goat is gamier than lamb. If you don’t like lamb, you’ll definitely not like goat. If you do like lamb, you’ll probably like goat but not necessarily.

Heavy spicing with curry powder, cinnamon stick, star anise, mustard seeds, garlic, chilli powder, and the use of a pressure cooker does a lot to neutralize the gaminess.

My grandfather had a neighbor who threw a huge barbecue every summer. Spend days on preparation. He had a slow-smoked bbq goat that was amazing.

I've used charcoal and propane grills and a rack over a fire pit. I've never used a smoker. Think I'll try one out.

I've only had goat a handful of times, usually when traveling. I can get it here but we're just not accustomed to preparing it so we don't consider it.
