Disney Pixar GIF by Disney+

Looks like they may have found Jimmy Hoffa's burial site.

They used a cadaver dog and got a hit at the location.

"The dog, named Moxy, "pointed, wagged, barked and nosed her way into 4 ‘hits’ at the stadium’s old 3rd-base location," the press release states."

That was fast! Wait until the Californians start their class action. $1.8B is peanuts.

Zillow is down 20% from a month ago. You are right about class actions. Everyone who paid 5%-6% on a home purchase/sale is going to be in those class actions.

still doesn't make any fucking sense.... you pay the 6% as they are supposed to get that back for you in how much you sell your house for or can negotiate the price down when you buy a house. 6% agent fees is cheap compared to athletes which are like 10%.

We also all signed contracts saying... yes. that is fine...

people are fucking stupid. don't like it.... then go buy a house without one.

Whoo hoo, 1/2 priced rite aid candy

I used to do that. Day after Halloween, I'd buy a bunch of candy for next Halloween. Lately, I've been able to save the leftover stuff for next year.
They were so ready to put out the Christmas candy. Had a ton of leftovers too
