Found out this week they've begun the demolition of the Frank Erwin Center, @huskers1217 and anyone else who saw a show there.

It's proximity to I-35 and everything else makes it problematic to simply blow it up.

Like the old Silverdome in Detroit. You can google some really eerie pictures of that structure.
