btw - If, um, anyone is a fan of goat cheese and truffles, never, and I mean never, get near goat cheese marinated in truffle oil.

People always buy me “foodie” type gift baskets and they invariably have a truffle something or other in it…oils, salt, hot sauces, mustards. Got a bunch of them in my cupboards because no matter how I try to like it, that mushroom funk always gets up my nose. 🤢

Posted this in the daily, but thought some here might find it interesting.

One of the properties I manage had a break in night before last. Some criminals with inside knowledge broke into a grocery store, through the roof, climbed down through a wall cavity, probably 30 feet, kicked in a wall of a bathroom. Once in the bathroom, there was an ATM machine on the wall adjacent to the bathroom, so they cut through the wall, and cut the back of the ATM out, and got 10k out of it. Never set off an alarm. I always thought atms had built in alarms, but this model only goes off of the front door was tampered with, or the machine was moved. They knew that the store alarm sensors wouldn't trip, if they stayed inside the bathroom.

Lots of work for 10k. They had a plan, and tools, and knew what they were doing. Tweaker fucking oceans 11
