If you want an ice cube tray, you should get the ones that make ice balls.
You get a few trays, a container with a lid, and even li'l tongs for ... I think mine was around $15.
Yea that’s the thing with the yeti ice tray, the cubes are bigger than normal. The giant ice ball thing seems cool, which is why I was interested in this tray.

…and I buy all the yeti shit

Where are we at with pecan pie? It’s always looked like way too much sweetness for me but I recently had a bit of a pecan pie BAR and it was pretty tasty. So now I’m researching recipes and while corn syrup seems to be the sweetener of choice for most recipes, I found one with honey, but I wonder if that will make it taste like baklava.

How many pounds are you trying to pack on?

Not a bad weekend.

Not a bad weekend at all.

We had something called a Pecan Slab pie. Made in a square dish with no corn syrup and less sugar. Turned out pretty good without any diabeetus effects

The irony of Washington playing against former coach "drunk ass" Steve Sarkisian is palpable.

That kinda sounds like the recipes I’ve been searching…it’s like a shortbread crust with the pecan filling over the top, then cut in squares. the crust to filling ration seems a little more manageable than the regular pies. My BIL likes pecan pie so maybe I’ll test it on him.

You did it on Friday???????

Are you OK?
Had a late meeting (and plans for Sunday) so I decided to check it off my list early.

Is the old dog learning new tricks?!
