I would never be caught dead in an outfit like that, would never wear my hair like that (wtf even is that?), and while Californians are pretty whacked, they ain't got nothin' on Floridians. Those people are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out there (ok, maybe some in southern California come close to as whacked as Florida - those LA types are nuts).
That said, while I've always hated cold weather, hated it, I am a bit mortified by what wimp I've become when it comes to cold weather.

Looking at the map, it's about a half hour outside of Cincinnati, so while you'd be in absolute bum fuck, you'd be pretty close to a real city.
I have to ask, though, why would you be sent to a town with a population (at least according to google) of around 80 people?
