Yes.... and no. (I do P&C, as well as retirement and financial planning - including annuity contracts, individual funds AND managed accounts)

I always say that you get what you pay for ..... and customer service should ALWAYS be a part of that equation.

It always cracks me up when someone leaves to save a hundred or 2 per year. Or when they want to move their portfolio to safe a basis point. ... only to call me up a year later asking to come back. Customer service is ALWAYS the reason.

Are you doing the Ryder Cup? I took a par, because it disconnected, and wouldn't reconnect.... so pissed. Gonna have to try again tomorrow.

Just saw it. Yeah, I'll do the Q round after work.
*a disconnect cost me a top 5 finish once... almost lost a phone that day

ummm... I prolly shouldn't say.... :lol:

18606 games.
55% win ... but that really took a hit. I promoted too fast early on, and found myself not having the proper clubs to play. I also mostly play tours 8, 9 and 10.
