Mine almost died because I hadn't driven anywhere in weeks.
I think that is the main reason. Looking online it seems like battery drain is a common issue. Even still without driving it much I am suspicious of a battery biting the dust after 4 months. It took over 12 hours on a charger just to get it to turn the car on.

You could be right. It might be worth getting it looked at.

Yeah, this sounds like a short. I had something happen a few years back where the first place I took it, they said it was the alternator. After replacing it, battery was dead again in a couple of days. Then I had to take it to better place that had a diagnostic tool, which could locate the short. But by then, I was out 300$ for an alternator I didn't even need.

@Camfantasy They had the ScanDisk 1TB SSD for $119 at Costco!

Now I'm wondering if I hook up both laptops via the cable with the shazam on it, can I just move shit over directly :headscratch:

At this rate in a week the Sports General board is gonna just be Oscar talking to himself in the daily thread and that Kace guy making threads that can't even get mercy plorsts.

We have a 2015 Forester. Haven't had any battery issues yet. I'm not much for car mechanics, but, I do have peoples cars die at the landfill where I work and most of the time, scrubbing the cables is enough to get a consistent charge and get the car going again. I know that seems like a captain obvious thing, but so many people miss that one.

They look fairly clean but maybe I can do a once over just to make sure.
