Yeah WTF was that about? I made the mistake of posting in his threads and never got so much as a like or response from him.

This. I live about 75 miles inland and took a damn near direct hit from a Cat 5 and you still get barely hurricane strength winds even as close as I am.

That bitch slows down significantly the further it gets inland.

We always get the leftovers with the mid-Atlantic storms. There's flooding in some aread but no real wind.

Idk I don't even think he kept up with it. Just came and took a shit in our bathroom every morning then left.

I live pretty close to the Chattahoochee river and one will pop us sometimes and shit will flood then it moves North and makes the damn river flood
 
Maybe it's been mentioned -Marco is cat1 now.
 
It's that second one that's going to fuck shit up. First one saturates the ground and loosens the soil up. Second one comes in stronger and more organized then blows trees and shit everywhere.
 
Ugh, between the triple digit heat, then the fucked up air from all the fires, I have not done any yard work this week.
I've watered a couple of times, but I like to fill my yard waste can every week.
This week, I've put nary a twig in it.

I've been so focused on the fires, I haven't looked much at the two storms heading for the Gulf Coast.
I hope everyone in their paths stay safe!!!

And the flooding could be as bad as Harvey, which got stuck in neutral as it came ashore and didn't go anywhere for a while.
