Forget the corn, and make homemade white corn tortilla chips to go with yer chili. Fuckin bomb.
My MiL makes something called "White Chicken Chili". The first time I had it I was a little drunk and when I started eating it I said under my "This isn't chili, it's fucking soup". Apparently I said it very loud as all my in-laws started laughing.... I was real fucking drunk.

*Also... NEVER FORGET THE CORN, MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!

So does a bucket of gravel.

I do prefer a thicker chili, but I'll enjoy a white chicken chili on occassion.

Wonder if @moxie has figured out how to use her InstantPot, or if she packaged it back up.... lol

Side note... it's at this very moment, that @Dole ver 2.0 realized that Izzy could indeed fit into an InstantPot......

Tortilla chips are awesome with chili, but I prefer cornbread (probably 'cause I grew up in Kentucky, and cornbread has always been one of my favorites).

I'd prefer fresh or frozen.... and add it towards the end so the kernels are still somewhat firm

Yeah, I go for fresh or frozen, too. I also don't put it in the chili, but use it as a kind of garnish (although I guess it would be a heavy garnish, since, at least to me, "garnish" usually implies just a little bit).

I SAID CORNBREAD!!! 😭

but yeah... I like to make mine in the cast iron. And then when it's a day old, and has started to dry out a little, warm that shit up, slather with butter and drizzle with honey!

but if I don't have time or am not in the mood to turn the oven on, for whatever reason, FRITOS!
