We're being told that now that it's proven that we don't REALLY need to go into the office every day, permanent WFH could be a reality. Time zones would be my biggest limitation. Imagine being able to take my Cali salary to AL?! Fuck yeah!

the fuck kind of curtains they got in that bitch?

looking like some shitty family crest or some shit
Custom. Probably high end at the time....

But DATED AF, now... prolly just easier to move.

TWSS..... :dhd:

this is the kinda shit that's hitting the market here.... this one is soooo dated... gross

Either it'll go pending later this week (listed on Friday), or it will go non-active since no qualifying offers.

If it legit sells, it'll be between $475k and $500k, or it has some water damage and selling with concessions (ceiling tile above closet in picture 27 🕵️‍♂️ )

With all those fucking ghost shows on Travel Channel, its enough to make you think that the place could be haunted.

because of a water stain in the ceiling tile?

Dude... it's only 3:20 your time.... you got an hour to go.... put it down, Cheech

I'm permanently WFH now. Bosses realized our productivity wasn't affected by WFH, so they canceled the lease on a couple offices and reduced on-site staff permanently. Which has plus sides, but I really miss being able to walk over to the engineers and go, "What the FUCK is that supposed to be?"

You'd get a geographic market adjustment based on the number of nerds in your area..

Worked in my favor here, but if I transferred to Atlanta where the division was headquartered, I'd make maybe 70% of what I made here.

Nope... they just stop giving me raises, they don't reduce anything. That's what I've been told by co-workers that have moved to OR/AZ and TX from here. The GEO adjustments seem to hit the international population more, because of different tax laws and shit.

WTF is with these damn seltzers! They've displaced half the beers, especially craft beers in the cold beer section. And they're not carrying Red Stripe anymore.

Fuck seltzers. They're all Zima remakes.

I'm starting the next fucking thread when this hits 10k. any of you motherfuckers want to try to stop me and get my foot up your ass?

I can easily stop you. You already killed the Hoop on the last thread. You don’t get another chance for a while bech.

I just put a search in Zillow with a $400k limit for my zip. Returned 12 results... all mobile homes with one shitty 2 bd condo in pre-foreclosure, listed at $305k. Even the smallest units in my complex start at about $600k. Then add in the $500/month for dumbass HOA dues? 🤮

@moxie why the fuck were you worried about hurricanes in regards to texas with all the shit y'all have in california?

If you aren't extremely close to the coast or in some major flood zone then you are mostly fine during hurricanes. I'd worry about tornadoes more than hurricanes.

Because I've never been in a hurricane. And I've heard the 'nader sirens on youtube so fuck that shet. Little shaky shaky here once in awhile is NBD. Thankfully, I've not been personally affected by fire season (*knocks on wood*), so other than that, and the horrific cost of living, things are pretty peachy here.
