FUUUCCCKKK. Just found out my dog blew both of his knees out and needs surgery. Good lord.
Eek, sorry to hear that.
A friend's dog, a giant Schnauzer, blew out one knee, had surgery, then blew out another, so had to have surgery, again.
She's fine now. The toughest thing was the period of time between when she started feeling better enough to move around, and when she had healed enough for it to be ok for her to move around. Another big challenge was the sheer size of the dog. Cora is HUGE, so carrying her in and out to do her business was not easy.
Again, though, she's fine now and a very happy and active pups.

I couldn't agree more. This is one situation where your Karen-like tendencies could come in handy.
I want to slap the shit out of China.

Who logged in under your screen name and did it for you? @steelerssb ?

Yes. Steelhead is more delicate and flaky, but they can be substituted across in any application.
For some reason, I seem to like the sockeye salmon the best.

Steelhead is a type of trout. They are related to Salmon and taste similar but they are different.

A Steelhead starts out as a rainbow trout, then migrates to the ocean. When it does that the rainbow trout becomes a steelhead.

Rainbow trout that don't migrate to the ocean remain rainbow trout.

Salmon on the other hand is a salmon from day 1.

Also called red salmon, it has deep rich flavor and those Omega-3 things.

The best salmon is from the Copper River in Alaska.
Yeah, it seems to be the reddest one. That farmed stuff always looks sad and pale by comparison. El Bosso fishes somewhere in Bend and says it's good eatin' up there.

A rainbow trout's only use is as bait for stripers.
