Guess I thought his knees being on the turf while he hugged the ball to his chest was enough...
I have had five beers over the past couple hours while we've slow-grilled pork belly over low heat. Just had to start up a new chimney to get the coals hot again for the last round of cooking - going to char it over the first high heat, then cut it up and mix it with butter in the skillet and cook it as long as we can bear it.
I'm not even allowed to make the bbq sauce, he's in charge of that lol
