Although I've been looking to move back to my old neighborhood (Edgewater) and the prices haven't changed. It is a nice area and as the name says right on the lake, though.

I keep forgetting there's a header at the top of the page and I don't have to scroll back up to get my alerts. That's pretty friggin' handy!

Some of the properties is Gary are like, $5k! Probably get murdered three times in one day, but hey- location, location, location, right?

I'm eyeballing an association on a lake up north. They rarely hit the market, because there is a ski resort right there, a few golf courses, and 100s of miles of trails, but as soon as one does, I won't hesitate.

Take it from someone who grew up across the river from Indiana ...
And that was the southern part, which is a veritable paradise compared with Gary ...
Avoid the state and the people who live there at virtually all costs.

I'll sum it up this way ...

- Why do birds fly upsidedown over Indiana? There's nothing worth shittin' on.
- Why was a bridge built across the Ohio River? So Hoosiers could swim to Kentucky in the shade.

There are too many of those type vids for some not to be fake....but yeah, some of the songs they claim never to have heard are soundtracks in movies that they are sure to have seen.

I saw one where they listened to the Righteous Brother's Unchained Melody.

I find it highly doubtful anyone hasn't heard that song at least once in their lives by now....
