When you don't feel like mixing up a spice rub, this one was tasty, straight out of the shaker, no doctoring needed:

For those with special hearts *cough*twinsie*milkshake*cough*, it has 180 mg of sodium per 1/4 tsp. Not sure if that's good or bad for you though.

The recommended daily sodium intake for an adult is 2300 mgs.

What about those with poosay hearts?
I'm not on any sodium restrictions.

Clean bill of health at the cardiologist. Like nothing even happened.

I can also amp up my workouts. Added 3 pounds in the last month and cut nearly 2% body fat. Boom.

Oh yeah?!? Well I recently went from 2 pound to 3 pound weights on my poosay shoulder! So there! :heh:

Well, you just determined another use for the ties you don't wear.
I donated all but 20... and it's not like I don't wear ties. I just don't wear daily anymore. Hell... I wear ballcaps most days now, since I don't accept drop ins or walk ins. Appointment only.
