Put it on the undercarriage of the car right smack dab in the middle where it would take a lift to get under it and see it, not under the rear bumper where it is easily visible.

We couldn't and didn't when I was around.

I believe Shaggy when he says they haven't added any addons that would allow them to do it, however, my PMs were absolutely, positively read after I got banned when someone, and I'm publicly accusing HaroldSeattle, did an admin password reset on my account and got into it. Last I had checked I had 20+ unread PM notifications, when I tried again a few weeks later, my password has been reset. I then reset it myself (because he was too fucking dumb to change the email address on the account), got back in and I had 6 unread PM notifications.
