Yeah, I think it's best not to start asking questions about what, exactly, is in all our food.

I've heard the average american eats something like a pound of dirt, about a dozen spiders, and lots of insects every year without realizing it

Ya, the FDA allows for a certain percentage in fruits and veggies.

Anybody who's ever gardened will know just how infested shit can get. Growing broccoli the first time will heebs ya the fuck right out, iffin yer bug squeamish.

You shaddup! I shimmy shake mine before they come in the house. There's not a single critter on either one anywhere!!

Although, one of the other ones muh fam cut down did have a fat ladybug on it. They're good luck though, so suck it, milkshake!
