I'd be inclined to just raze it totally. Yeah, you're saving some bucks, but to me, I'd rather just build it from scratch. I wouldn't necessarily trust "fire damage".

IF one has $850K to "burn" (pun intended) on a burnt out shell, might as well "go for the gusto" and have a "brand spanking new" house. :nod:

Authorities are working with the District Attorney to determine whether charges will be filed.

WHAT?

I don't think a child less than 5 can be held criminally responsible.
