Dang. @Hu War Yu you weren't kidding about these stupid chat fuckers wanting all the goddamn info! I wanted to ask a stupid question totally unrelated to my account, just a general query about a feature on their website and I get hit with:

"Before we proceed, can you please provide me the email associated with the account followed by the full name on the account and zip?"

Umm. No. I entered my first name and email address to start the chat. WTF are you asking for it again? Then he says he needs it to verify my account so i asked why. Then he basically repeated what he just said about verifying my account. So I volleyed back with a "I'm confused as to why you need to verify my account just to answer a simple question about your site". He ended up giving up and we finished the chat, but jesus murphy. Get out of my bidness, nosey little shit!
