Take your receipt, add your coupon to a USPS Certified letter* to the regional director for Popeye's Customer Service or Franchisees Oversight Office, describe the situation and demand a refund of the coupon savings difference to your transaction.

Google Pay app too imo.Coupons I use today are mostly electronic. Ibotta.com, Coupons.com, Retailmenot.com apps are ones I use most. You can get cash and rebates back to your account or through paypal. You can check out how to use these on youtube videos about them. Select a coupon, buy the item, scan the receipt, scan the barcode for the item and BOOM. Cash money to your account within minutes or up to a day after.
Capitaloneshopping app wants too much access even to my bank and credit card accounts, so I don't use that one yet.
