Bro cds aren't that great for long term storage when did you last check something burned in 92?

The early 90s stuff was on a lot of floppies, which I transferred to CDs and DVDs later. And they still work.

Either way uv and heat can degrade those over time especially if initial quality of disc was sub par. If it were me I'd rewrite at least (probably sooner) every 20 years if dvd is the desired storage medium
