vacuum? no no i mean actual artificial turf not that shitty ass carpet lol, figure a leaf blower and some herbicide is all id need to worry myself with

My grass never looks good. Too much effort for not enough payout.

Main problem is lack of sunlight in our backyard. Too many taller structures around us blocking our exposure.

I think we tried that one year, when the secondary problem arose: none of us wanted to put in the time it took to coddle the seeds. And then all the kids just wanted to run around back there and stomp everything to death

yea if it werent for automatic sprinklers it would have been hell re establishing a lawn

One year we turned the soil and didn't have anything to level it out. The grass grew better but the ground was lumpy for a couple of years. That was fun to mow... And we were using an old timey push mower at the time. It's not that big of a space, maybe 25X30. After a while we put in some bushes and rock gardens and that's where we left it
