Pro tip, put a tennis balls, or that spiky ball if you like, put it in a tube sock, and throw it over your shoulder, then lean against the wall and roll it around where you need it. It allows you to easily move it where you need it, and you have way more control over the pressure point. You can even tie a knot in the sock, or even a nylon, and it will keep it in the end. Thank me later.
