I remember those 60-70 hour weeks. Except I was salaried. Got the same fucking money whether I worked 30 billable hours or 70 billable hours in a pay period.

That's why I don't want to ever go salaried! They already act like I'm on call; that would just make it official. I wish I knew how to maff easily to figure out how much of my salary is overtime and how much i go over my base because of it.

You can go into Excel, select 'New' and select templates, select more templates and search "biweekly time sheets".

No shit - I push the buttons just as fast when they swivel the pad around to me and you don't see me asking for a tip! GTFO with that shit.
I don't mind giving a couple bucks or whatever if it's a place I go to often and will recognize the person behind the counter as a good employee....but yeah generally speaking it just feels exploitive of people's guilt.
