sorry. i'm just mad. he's HR, so doesn't report directly to my boss (CFO). If we're comparing parallel, he's -3 from the CPO (chief "people" officer/aka head HR bitch).
Does he have an officer title (Director, VP, SVP, etc)?

So...their job.

At some point, jobs should have baseline expectations that don't deserve tips. Participation trophy society.

Someone has to unload the trucks to put Ipads on the shelf at Best Buy, yet there's no tip box when you buy an Ipad.
It's built into the history of the work, and it is a long story. Idgaf to explain it to you. I have a feeling that you're okay with being a pos, while sitting atop your high horse.

I'm guessing the story of putting Styrofoam containers and plastic silverware in a bag isn't a long story.

But talking about "high horses" when responding that you're above fast food is rich.

Manager.
I think our hierarchy goes: Exec VP, Sr. VP, Corp VP, Appointed VP, VP, Director, Manager. Fellows and officers are also tucked in there somewhere.

I don't order food at mickydeez, and ain't talking out fast food.
Alright, but what's the difference between McD's take out and another take out place? You said the wait staff "still has to package a order to go, bag it, make sure the dips or sauces are there, utensils, and bag it up". Just because they aren't wearing fancy aprons doesn't make the burger slanger any less of a order packager. This is why tipping should be abolished across the board. Is is that much more difficult to toss 3 parmesan cheese packets in a bag vs. 3 ketchup packets? I think not.

Ahhh…We go CEO, President, EVP, SVP, VP, Director, Manager. We don’t technically have a C-Suite other than the CEO. The President is basically our COO, but he and CEO are brothers so the lines get a little blurry.

President is a made up title they gave to a woman here a few years ago after they appointed someone else the new CEO. No more presidents after she left. Our c-suite has CEO, CFO, CIO, CPO, CTO, CSO, CCO, CMO. Oh, and we have a few GMs, which are heads of divisions, but they are add on titles. Ex: Paul Ishmahnab is Exec VP and General Manager of the Retard Group.

It's "the history of the work" you don't get it.

Like the messican place I get food from. Like the Hawaii joint I frequent. I need my salsas, and extra sauces. Fast food is basically the same process no matter how its ordered. Many restaurants the cooks will put the food out on plates, and it's up to the server to package it to go. That's extra work for them, and they have to do those orders while also waiting tables. Don't be a turd.

"The McDonalds employees don't deserve a tip, but the people doing the same job at the fancy place I will frequent because I'm not poor do."
