Yep. Honestly, I got no problems with anybody who wants to use the men's crapper, but there are other people who WOULD have a problem with it. Just can't please everyone. This person was concerned that making extra bathrooms would hurt feelings somehow; I would LOVE to have a dedicated restroom for 50 year old straight white males. At my place, I'd be about the only one using it come January
Why, what's happening in January? You laying some people off, bawse?
I think the solution should be to cut a hole in the floor at everyone's work station
That would rapidly turn into a sexual harassment suit from the floor below.

If I knew them any better, I would have said something like that. I almost told them about the former employee we had who was a cross-dresser, he had no problems using the men's restroom even though he wore skirts, wigs, and makeup. Nobody ever gave him grief over it

Massive retirements, huge re-organization. My department is getting chopped up, I'm going to lose most of my reports and I'll have a new boss

Some people pay good money for that, though.
Please send that company's name and a couple of bottles of cheap gin to Hu.

I'll be scanning the headlines and crime blotter.

Actual conversation I just had:
Me: so you're moving over here when the new CEO moves as well, right?
Theym: Yes, in January
Me: I hope you like it here, this building is nicer than your old one, at least
Theym: It's okay, but the bathroom situation is awful here (we only have a men's room and a women's room, this individual is non-binary and prefers unisex)
Me: Oh yeah, sorry about that. I don't believe it's feasible to add any more facilities to this building though
Theym: that would be worse, because now you're making the people who use a unisex bathroom into "others"
Me: Oh, so what would be your solution, make all of these unisex and anybody can use any bathroom?
Theym: Yes, that would be preferred, and each bathroom should be all stalls for privacy
Me: (in my head) we have privacy now!

Years back, the Oakland Coliseum (the indoor arena, but we called it the Coliseum) has a unisex bathroom backstage.
There was always a line, and my friends and I used to pass the time by trying to guess which guys would wait for a stall, and which ones would use the urinals even though there were women around.

More Cramer:

"Cramer has gained a reputation online as an untrustworthy prognosticator of the stock market as Twitter and Reddit trolls have frequently trended the term “Inverse Cramer” — the idea being that investors should do the opposite of whatever the CNBC personality recommends.
One fund manager, Tuttle Capital Management, has taken the concept further, filing prospectuses for two Cramer-tracking funds — the “Inverse Cramer ETF” and the “Long Cramer,” according to Nasdaq."

After 3 days of traveling, finally get to relax a while.

Day 1: The Rockies
Magnificent and scary. Was trying to make it to Denver before sunset. Didn't happen. Got dark, cold, and snowy. Temps got down to 16 degrees. Vail looked like it was Christmas there. Thankfully never had problems with traction. Hardly anyone pulled over. Everybody there probably used to it.

Day 2: Eastern Colorado and Kansas
Had cruise control going. Needed snooze control. Whole Lotta nothing. Oh look, there's a tree. Look there's a silo. Finally stopped in Topeka. Now I can say I've been to Kansas. And they're right. There's no place like home.

Day 3: Lawrence, Kansas City, and Western Misery
Looked around Univ. Of Kansas, had some KC barbecue. Misery at least has more scenery. Now at Fayetteville visiting the granddaughter. Back to Texas after Halloween.
