Actually, I do know of one person who wore dresses with jeans, but she acted like utter trash, which, other than it being Florida, is probably why my mind went to trailer trash when I saw the picture.

Yes, it was. Big with HS/College age young ladies in the early 00s. Lots of celebs too. Looked dumb. Still looks dumb.

In this state, I think you can claim the prize anonymously. Same in some other states. We still don't know who won that huge prize in the last few weeks.
