Well... the northwestern parts of Orange County has it's issues. Like you say, Santa Ana is like "Little Mexico/SA" and the cities of Westminster, Garden Grove and even parts of Santa Ana are pretty much a "Little Saigon" and there are some Korean areas.
Coastal areas and areas south... not so much. STILL much better than most of L.A. County!
