Trump/Kushner empire will soon collapse due to fraud.
Kushner Cos. had a NYC office building appraised at $400+ Million. Took out about $300+Million in loans against it.
Guess what? It was reappraised at only $92 Million and will soon go into foreclosure. I bet this is a pattern that will repeat throughout the Trump/Kushner properties.

I did an on-line training class yesterday and only 1 out of the 3 instructors seemed to know how computers worked.i'm waiting for a colossal fuck up, but nobody is delivering yet.
we're doing this company-wide, 3 day virtual event with guest speakers, whatever topics, blah, blah, blah and I don't know if the moderators and speakers realize that we can still hear and see them even after the sessions have officially ended. They keep having little chit chats, "Oh, that was so great! You did wonderfully, answering all the questions!" or all the logistical stuff in between "Did Owen post the link for the poll? Can you guys hear me? Is the producer on?". I'm WAITING for a, "Oh, he fucked that up" or "What a stupid question that was!"![]()
Whenever we roll out a new app or whatever, there's always a collective groan that we're going to have to re-train our execs on how to do stuff like:I did an on-line training class yesterday and only 1 out of the 3 instructors seemed to know how computers worked.![]()

I just got through doing a virtual review of an organization based in Texas, where most everything had to be done via MS Teams. They've used it extensively since the pandemic hit so everyone was well versed in how to use it. No major hiccups at all -- though I don't prefer Teams.Whenever we roll out a new app or whatever, there's always a collective groan that we're going to have to re-train our execs on how to do stuff like:

Before the pandemic, we used Skype & WebEx. Then we got moved to MS Exchange, so we all got pushed to using Teams and it's been trumpeted for the last however many months to start moving because we're getting rid of Skype and everything else. Sales was the only group that had an exception to use Zoom, but even they are getting phased out within the next couple quarters.I just got through doing a virtual review of an organization based in Texas, where most everything had to be done via MS Teams. He's probably stopping in the middle of the road and yelling about Nebraska sports at the top of his lungs.
