An actual email I just received:

"I'm having trouble adding Y's or N's to column J on the spreadsheet you sent me"

My response:

Hopefully you won’t have much for side effects. Did you have any for first shot ?

Just a sore arm. That bitch was sore as fuq doe. A lot worse than any flu vaccine I've had. I think that was just me though. Most others I know who had it didn't seem to get quite as sore as I seemed to be. It wasn't that big of a deal.... Just felt like someone punched the fuck outta my arm.

I described it as between a regular flu shot and a tetanus booster, which makes my shoulder almost "creaky". It also made me take huge shets for about 36 hours.... not sure if that's actually related.

I got my first shot last week and my arm was a little sore the day after where got the shot but it wasn’t too bad. Was fine by the next day.

I'm sure hoping I can get my first one before the DoJang reopens for in-person classes, but it isn't looking good.
I'm really, really hoping my GM can. He's almost 70 and has a couple of underlying conditions.

I would think your GM would with age and underlying conditions but it seems like higher populated areas are behind the less populated as far as getting the shot

I would, too, but his wife, who is 75, so supposed to be immediately eligible, couldn't even get an appointment, 'cause there was more demand than supply.
That was last week, so maybe she's at least gotten an appointment by now. I did suggest that while he was there with his wife, to ask if there was any way he could get in, too, given his age and underlying conditions, telling him the worst thing that could happen is they'd say, "no."
We'll see.

Same. Wondered if it could even kill 'im. Enough pressure to blow the doors open?!?
Exactly, after seeing the doors blow apart, I thought we'd see a corpse fall out on the sidewalk, or something

You would think the pressure it takes to completely blow the windshield into the street, would be enough to cause some kind of serious trauma to something, besides just ears.

Well, there's an argument to be made he's already suffered some kind of brain trauma if he's gonna do something that fuckin' stupid.
