What in all the hell is going on? I was seriously considering using the AC yesterday because it was near 80 and this morning, I’m freezing my bits off because it’s 36° out right now! And it’s supposed to RAIN tomorrow?!

Make up your mind!!
Typical weather in Texas in winter.

Looks like we're FINALLY going to get some snow next week. My Son is psyched. May have to let him skip a day of school to go sledding.

Funny that we've been there and done that but you haven't.

Just one thing after another. Inspected a 30 years old, 6000 sqft house that has never been maintained, and the buyers and sellers were assholes. Spent 3 hours taking my father in law to get his first round of the vaccine. Toyota dealership was supposed to change a thermostat, and sent my wife home with an estimate of $5000+ in "Suggested Repairs", and were told to go fuck themselves. Was threatened by some old skank, with buyers remorse, that she going to sue me for some bullshit that was in my report. went outside to check my irrigation, because everything looks dry, and there was no power to the timer. Check the breaker, and its tripped. Try to flip it on, arcs and pops back off.

You have to laugh that off.

How's the recovery going? Did you get vaccinated? Any lingering effects?

you aren't supposed to get vaccinated for a period of time after testing positive.

either 30 or 90 days, i can't remember without looking it up.

I'm doing alright. I still need to get that tussin the milkshake was gurgling about because I have a bit of congestion and stuffy nose. My energy levels are picking up, but I've definitely got some brain fog. I was thinking that it would be a good time for me to get vaccinated thought, right? Since I have antibodies right now, the potential side effects (some people are reporting feeling like shit after getting the shot) would be less? How does that science bear out?

Oh, what the hell? Is this legit? Doesn't make sense to me

I’ve already had COVID-19. Should I still get the COVID-19 vaccine?

If you’ve had COVID-19 in the past 90 days, you can postpone getting your vaccine until that 90-day window has elapsed. If you are still symptomatic and infectious, you should postpone your vaccine until you are well and no longer contagious. Also, if you’ve been treated for COVID-19 with monoclonal antibodies or convalescent therapy in the past 90 days, you should postpone your vaccine until after the three-month window has passed. Otherwise, yes, you should still get the COVID-19 vaccine, even if you’ve had COVID-19.

Go online and see if there's any guidance about that.

she done got guidance, bech

they ask you on the questionnaire beforehand if you have had it in the past 90-days.

I'm not 100% as to why that is though.

My best guess without looking it up would be that you probably already have a sufficient amount of antibodies built up to defend yourself for at least those 90-days and that vaccine could be used for someone who has no antibodies.
