Frankfort is in the middle of the state ... not really close to Cincinnati and not on the river.

This stupid dildo at the dog park was letting his 70+ pound golden retriever run amok on the small dog side (the sign clearly says you have to be under a certain size/weight) but these assholes are always like, "Oh, my dog is just a gentle giant!" as they knock my poor mouse into next week with their giant noses and humongous tails. So I laughed when he took her to the big dog side and she got her ass rolled by the other big dogs. Stupid bully. Didn't last five minutes over there.
