Ah, yeah that makes sense. Did he encourage you to just keep your eyes closed as much as possible? I think you should smoke and listen to music with yourn eyes closed for 2-3 days.

He seemed to think that air would help with the infection, but I have been wearing shaded safety glasses due to light sensitivity and to keep the wind out of it. even walking with the eye open is painful, and the glasses help.

Yesterday, I had to work as I had pushed appts from the monday before. Driving was fucking brutal, but after a few minutes of forcing the eye to work, it actually felt better. Looking at the computer is painful, but now, after about 30 minutes of working, it is beginning to loosen up. Warm wash cloth compresses is a couple minutes of blissful relief, but then the light hurts again. Im just a fucking mess.

This is true, I know I won't ever really like anybody but Alex... but so far I've liked that second guy the best, the producer. Jennings was just so wooden and Couric is so over the top. Gotta hit that sweet spot between being natural, keeping things moving, and letting the players be the focal point.

Probably not. Would be interesting to see if he did it as a guest host for a little bit.

It must be distracting for those players who have one host for one show, and then a different the next. But it's also good that they're not going straight from Alex to a successor, that won't be fair to the eventual replacement.
