Poorly written article. The main point is the contract hasn’t been signed and they have been working off a term sheet. Very stupid move on Cal’s part and whoever was in charge of finalizing that contract should be fired.

Yep that and the fact that UA (guess not feeling too good about it's force Majour complaint) is really trying to void it with them selling old Nike gear it had for a little over $500..through a third party.

This is a really bad look for UA. Why would any big school sign with them after seeing this? Personally, I just bought my two girls shoes.. My oldest was buying shoes to run (on Cross Country team) and she was looking at a pair that happened to be UA.. I told her those sucked and to choose something else ... she ended up with a pair of Brooks running shoes..
