They were okay in the first game. The SEMO QB had his moments, because he was good enough to take what he was given from time to time. That being said, the defense played a decent game.

Last year, Iowa had 173 yards and Iowa State had over 330 yards, and Iowa won 27-17. Man, wtf? Guess the 4 turnovers didn't help anything for ISU. Yeah, I know, new season. Iowa 17, Iowa State 13.
