Just had the most ahhh-mazing homemade pizza ever. Drank half a bottle of Costco wine, then it came out of the oven right on time. 16 mins at 500, crust made by hand, topping included sautéed onions, bacon, jalapenos.

Now finishing the wine and beautifully buzzed. 🍕🍷

Im settling for linguini alfredo from Rosati's, and an Italian beef, on garlic bread, with giardiniera
 
Scarfed back some tempura shrimp, egg rolls and primavera rice.

A Shiner Bock would have been nice but we can't get that around these parts.
 
Tonight we are making Double Pretzel Crusted Chicken with Cheddar Mustard Sauce and Steamed Broccoli and watching the Broncos on MNF!
