Screw that. Who wants to chug a steaming cup of coffee before a workout? Try Gu gelsSomeone was telling me that I should have caffeine before my workouts. I get up between 4:30-5:00 for my workouts, and I don't have any caffeine until a cup of coffee when I get to the office. I think I'm going to keep it that way.
I understand that their could be a benefit in terms of energy during workouts, but at this stage in my life, I'm looking to shed addictions, not acquire them.
