Here's my best guess as to what it might look like(overall seed in parentheses)

West Region(San Francisco, CA)
1. Gonzaga(1)
2. Texas Tech(8)
3. Duke(9)
4. UCLA(16)

South Region(San Antonio, TX)
1. Auburn(2)
2. Baylor(7)
3. Wisconsin(10)
4. Illinois(14)

Midwest Region(Chicago, IL)
1. Arizona(3)
2. Kentucky(6)
3. Villanova(11)
4. Alabama(15)

East Region(Philadelphia, PA)
1. Kansas(4)
2. Purdue(5)
3. Providence(12)
4. Tennessee(13)

13 of the top 16 in the NET are included. Those that aren't: Houston(4), Texas(15), LSU(16). The 3 teams outside the top 16 of the NET included are: Wisconsin(19), Alabama(22), Providence(30).

S Curve switches. I sent Nova to the Midwest, despite them being better on the S Curve because I don't think the committee would give a disadvantage to the teams on the 1/2 line. Same with Illinois and shipping them to San Antonio.

It wouldn't surprise me if Auburn is the #1 overall seed. I would be a little surprised if these weren't the 16 teams at the reveal tomorrow. MAYBE Marquette could, but UCLA has the h2h over them, although that's historically never meant much in terms of selection/seeding.

What is everyone else thinking?

I just realized Gonzaga has already played everyone in their region. Lol. But that's not likely to be a deal breaker. Gonzaga played the 2,3,4 seed in their region last year. Lol.

Think this is probably right on. Houston may still sneak in there but they shouldnt. Texas and LSU definitely shouldnt.

Boy would Gonzaga be pissed with that draw. Arizona almost just as much.

And Auburn would be doing fucking back flips. Kansas pretty stoked too.

Oh please God let us be in Arizonas bracket.

Lunardi weighs in:

Didn't realize Auburn is closer to Chicago than San Antonio, so Auburn might be put in the Midwest.

I think Providence should have been rated a it higher, a 3 seed.

Houston instead of Texas.

But this season they lost one of those.

If you could have the Top Four One Seeds to win it all or the field, which would you choose?

LOL Texas sneaks in and promptly losses to TT.

What a blah team.

They have good metrics because they have done a good job of winning against the middling Big 12 teams on the road to get Q1 wins.

Otherwise they have the narrow home win vs KU that KU choked. And the non con 52-51 home win with Tennesse.

Nothing else in the non con. Better get the Baylor home game.

I Know it would add to the committees work and also be even closer to a full blow bracket reveal in February.

But I think it would also be cool if they revealed the bottom 12. So last 8 in and first four out. Really let people know where teams stand heading into the stretch run and gives an up front idea of what is being valued.

I would move the show up a week in doing this.
