What will the excuses be when Michigan puts up 500 yards of offense again, because it is going to happen.

It's a fact that a coach that can win in the CFP getting an extension would set off a celebration among fans of one of the biggest underachievers in college football this century? Ok.

What accomplishments? As Harbaugh stated -- some coaches are born on third base and think they hit a triple. Meyer handed Day a complete team -- he buried Harbaugh with that team his first year. They didn't play in year 2. Year 3 is a team filled with mostly Ryan Day recruits. SOFTEST OSU team I have seen in my lifetime. Last year was no different.

Last two years -- Michigan has over 1,000 yards of offense and almost 600 yards rushing.

He's made the CFP in 3 of his 4 years(winning a game on top of it). That's a pretty good accomplishment. Also, he was solely responsible for getting Fields as Urban left him nothing at QB. Congrats on beating them the last two years. Just be thankful that kicker shanked that fg or they'd be holding the trophy right now.

Ryan Day, closed the recruiting talent gap with the makeup of his team, that Michigan fans will be forever grateful. UM has no business manhandling OSU, as OSU has way more talent than we do, but Day is the equalizer. OSU is now a finesse team and can't handle a team punching them in the mouth.

And the year before got completely embarrassed and bullied by Clemson where there was literal sexual assault on the field. Meyer was a great coach but to act like he handed Day over this unstoppable machine isn't at all accurate. The defense was already bad and if not for Day going out and getting Justin Fields in the portal Tate Martell would have been starting at QB

Michigan winning the B1G is an enormous accomplishment in today's CFB. With the talent OSU brings in -- any year they don't win the B1G is a massive failure, as they literally have more high end recruits than the rest of the B1G combined.

And I've said for years and years -- Michigan would need the stars to align and every bounce to go their way to win a national title. I'm not delusional, like yourself, with blinders on. Michigan doesn't recruit anywhere near the level of the top programs. We are in the that 2nd tier of teams and will always have less talent on our roster than the top programs.

LMAO Iowa and Purdue had no business manhandling OSU but they did. It's hilarious how you think you know way, way more about football than you actually do.

I'd say at best you are in the 2nd tier but it's not because of recruiting. From 2019-2022, the average michigan recruiting class was 10th nationally while the average OSU class was 6th. Winning the B1G isn't an enormous accomplishment for a team with michigan's talent, or at least it shouldn't be.

So you're of the opinion bc our weakest link was our secondary we should have played the pass against a team that loves to run the ball? They wanted to force McCarthy to throw bc he isn't that good at it. Ohio States secondary was just worse, especially that day.

I've shown you and MnB multiple times in videos and pics where Ohio State was not completely sold out when some of those big plays happened. In fact, two of them were obvious passing situations and the defensive backfield just failed miserably.

That doesn't mean I don't hate ohio state it means that I respect the enemy. Only a fool would not. I would give a slight edge to Michigan in this year's game (because we are playing at home), but there is no way we are assured a victory.

I don't think homefield means that much, but I'd give them the edge based on us breaking in a new QB. I know historically our first year QBs have done really well vs. michigan but it's not a guarantee. You guys also have a lot more experience on your current roster than we do, and that can make a hell of a difference.

I'm not assuring anything. I like our chances this year more than the last 2 years. I think our team this year will be much better than our team the last two years. With all the guys who could have left for the NFL that came back, to go along with JJ McCarthy, Will Johnson, Colston Loveland, Rod Moore, Donovan Edwards, etc.

Does it mean we will beat OSU? Absolutely not. It assures nothing. But I like our chances.

They were a FG away from beating UGA. And honestly, had Harrison not gotten hurt, they are probably in a better position to win without needing that late drive. If they can hang with UGA, they can hang with anyone. Like I said congrats on beating osu the last two games, but we saw how you played against UGA two years ago, and I'm doubtful Michigan would have played UGA as tough as OSU did.
